This is my favorite place to come eat with my parents. We come here like 2/3x a month. We have been coming here for years! I always get the same thing & it always tastes so good! I always order the wonton noodle soup. The service is good but one of the older waitresses can be a bit more friendly as she never really greets or says anything when we walk in even though we've been customers for yearsss! The ambiance is nice as the new owner added some nice touches to the place. They have nice frames on the wall & the bathrooms are always clean & smell good. I recommend this place 1,000%

The Roast Duck Egg Noodles #6 are so good! I ordered them dry which comes with a light slightly sweet umami sauce, garlic chives and a side of chicken broth soup. If you're coming to Minh Ky this is what you want to order. Their duck is seasoned perfectly and is moist, juicy and generously portioned. We also ordered #9 the Duck Leg Egg Noodle Soup which is a dark sweet broth with a big ol duck leg. This was good but the broth was a little too sweet for my liking. The shrimp egg rolls were good meaty and crunchy and I also recommend ordering the Chinese donuts!

Honestly, wow! Came here with my date on accident as we didn't realize the place we were originally going to go to was already closed for the day. It was a really nice surprise! The menu has a lot of items on it. So instead of looking through it, my date and I decided to just get what another table had gotten because it looked really good. It ended up being: - Combination Chow Fun: This was my favorite menu item we got. There was soo much food, it was insane! Every type of meat and all the veggies were perfectly cooked and seasoned in every bite. Even with a lot of ingredients, all the flavors worked very well together and it was amazing with the noodles they give. - Dumpling & Wonton Soup with egg noodle: Apparently they are known for their soup, but I was pretty disappointed by it. There wasn't much flavor to it and I did not like the egg noodle with it whatsoever. Rice noodles would've been a much better option. - Fresh Beef Diced Steak: First dish to come out and it was soo good! The steak was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The leftover sauce was amazing on the rice as well. The only disappointment was the vegetables it came with. There was way too much onion and the tomato slices and lettuce didn't add anything to the dish and confused us as to why they were even there. Service was speedy and the portion sizes were huge! I will definitely be coming back here as the food is well worth the price!

always a great place to visit when you want a delicious meal. it's cheaper to come here than to cook some of my staples: * wonton egg noodle soup * crispy chicken leg with egg noodle * honey walnut shrimp * satay egg noodle soup dry * crispy noodles with tofu + veggies * chow fun * duck lo mein * duck egg noodle with the herbal broth they do take card & apple pay!

Love this place! I came here probably 8 years ago for the first time and went back recently. It was awesome. The duck our go to as well as their egg noodle soups. Great Vietnamese and Chinese menu! Parking is tough. Great service. Check it out!

First time and we thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely a mom and pop, no frills no thrills, roll up your sleeves deliciousness. Every chili sauce, including hoisin, you need. You greeted nicely, smiles. Food service is smooth and quick. We also enjoyed Chicken Fried Rice and Walnut Shrimp. No pictures. It was too good and could not stop once we started eating :D We look forward to returning. We will!

It was pure coincidence that brought me here! I was planning on going to a nearby restaurant but when I got there, the place was closed early for the day for some kind of staff meeting. So I went to Minh Ky, which is the nearest open restaurant from where I was. I got the beef sate chow fun, kung pao chicken and an egg soda. Both beef chow fun and the kung pao chicken were delicious. The beef sate chow fun had plenty of beef, and flavorful sate sauce; kung pao chicken had lots of green peppers and onions but still plenty of chicken. I really enjoyed both dishes. The staff were friendly and kind enough to explain some other dishes that I was curious about. I'll definitely be back to try other stuff here.

Been coming here for years. Sad the owners have retired BUT also happy for them. Glad they sold it some long time customers and that they kept the menu similar. I order my usual Dumpling & Wonton Egg Noodles Soup, very tasty and still as good as I remembered. The service was very good they even tried to speak Cantonese to us. So sweet of them to cater to me and parents especially since my parents speak very little English. Glad this place hasn't changed too much. They did update the interior, which I find mind at all. Still a very good spot to eat at.

The owners have done gone and retired! Imagine my sadness when a friend sent the post! However, they sold it to long time customers who have made some minor changes. They are streamlining the menu and concentrating on the dishes that sell well! They have some of the old staff, but have hired some new faces too! I ordered my usual won ton min. Soooo good! Still the same great flavors! I was also giving a basil seed refreshing drink that is really good! I stopped by for dinner and ordered the kung pao chicken, half roast duck, chicken chow mein, and bbq pork fried rice. Everything was still delicious! So though there are some small minor changes, the dishes are still the same! They have also changed the interior a bit, but it is still a very nice relaxing dining room to come to. Whether eating with family or solo, still a great place to come to!

I love this place when I want Vietnamese egg noodles or big flat noodle dishes. (Hu tieu or mi). They do a good job! I usually get the combo mi with everything. Then we also get a half roast duck on the side. This time my husband got a dry beef egg noodle. It had a curry flavor and it was delicious. The viet coffee is using the phin drip style. Everything is tasty! The staff speaks English and they are friendly too. Busy place for lunch! One thing is the parking is the worst in humans history. Even worst then a Traders Joe parking lot. There's no parking, weird parking spaces and people who park in a non parking space so that it blocks an entry way out! Crazy parkers.
